The names, email addresses, affiliations, ORCID iDs, and other information entered in the JSP website will be used only for the stated purposes of the journal, including submission management, peer review, editorial communication, publication, indexing, archiving, and reader services. This information will not be sold or shared for unrelated commercial purposes.
Authors, reviewers, editors, and registered readers are responsible for keeping their account information accurate. Reviewers’ identities are kept confidential in double-anonymous peer review unless the journal adopts a different policy in a specific case and all parties are informed.
Published article metadata, including author names, affiliations, ORCID iDs, abstracts, keywords, references, DOIs, and licence information, may be shared with indexing services, metadata agencies, repositories, search engines, preservation services, and other scholarly communication platforms to support discovery and long-term access.
Users may contact the editorial office to request correction of inaccurate account information or to ask questions about journal data use. Some information connected to published articles and editorial records may need to be retained to preserve the scholarly record and comply with publication ethics responsibilities.
